निगीर्णोऽप्यसुरेन्द्रेण न ममारोदरं गत: । महापुरुषसन्नद्धो योगमायाबलेन च ॥ ३१ ॥

Transliteration

nigīrṇo ’py asurendreṇa na mamārodaraṁ gataḥ mahāpuruṣa-sannaddho yoga-māyā-balena ca

Translation

Walaupun ditelan oleh raja para asura, Indra tidak mati di dalam perutnya. Ini kerana dia dilindungi oleh perisai suci Mahāpuruṣa Nārāyaṇa—yang sehakikat dengan Nārāyaṇa sendiri—serta oleh kekuatan yoga-māyā miliknya.
