तेऽध॒राञ्चः॒ प्र प्ल॑वन्तां छि॒न्ना नौरि॑व॒ बन्ध॑नात्। न साय॑कप्रणुत्तानां॒ पुन॑रस्ति नि॒वर्त॑नम्

IAST Transliteration

té ’dharā́ñcaḥ prá plavantāṃ chinnā́ naúr iva bándhanāt | ná sā́yaka-praṇuttānāṃ púnar asti nivártanam ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Downward let them drift away, like a boat cut loose from its mooring. For those whom the missile hath driven forth, there is no turning back again.

Translation

Hendaklah mereka hanyut ke bawah, seperti perahu yang terputus dari tambatannya. Kerana bagi mereka yang telah dihalau oleh peluru (anak panah), tiada lagi jalan untuk kembali.
