Sukta 8
बृहद्धि जालं बृहतः शक्रस्य वाजिनीवतः । तेन शत्रूनभि सर्वान् न्युऽब्ज यथा न मुच्यातै कतमश्चनैषाम्
br̥hád dhí jā́laṃ br̥hatáḥ śakrásya vājínīvataḥ | téna śátrūn abhí sárvān ní ubja yáthā ná mucyā́tai katamáś canáiṣām ||
For mighty is the net of great Śakra, the strong, the steed-possessing. Therewith press down all enemies against thee, so that not one of them, no single one, may be loosed.
Sesungguhnya besar dan perkasa jala Śakra yang agung, yang gagah, yang memiliki kuda-kuda penyerbu. Dengan itu, tekanlah semua musuh ke atasmu, supaya tidak seorang pun daripada mereka—walau seorang—dapat terlepas.
