सामवायिकानामपि संधिविग्रहकारणान्यवेक्ष्य शक्तिशौचयुक्तैः सम्भूय यायात् ॥ कZ_०७.५.३८ ॥
Transliteration
sāmavāyikānām api saṃdhivigrahakāraṇāny avekṣya śaktiśaucayuktaiḥ sambhūya yāyāt
Translation
Walaupun dalam hal sekutu berkonfederasi, setelah meneliti sebab-sebab yang membawa kepada perdamaian atau peperangan, seseorang hendaklah berarak hanya bersama-sama rakan yang memiliki keupayaan dan kebolehpercayaan (integriti/kelakuan bersih).
