अध्याय २७८: सिद्धौषधानि

Siddha Medicines / Perfected Remedies

मसूरसुद्गौ पेयार्थे भोज्या जिर्णाश् च शालयः निम्बपर्पटकैः शाकैर् जाङ्गलानां तथा रसः

masūrasudgau peyārthe bhojyā jirṇāś ca śālayaḥ nimbaparpaṭakaiḥ śākair jāṅgalānāṃ tathā rasaḥ

Untuk menyediakan bubur cair (peya), kacang lentil dan kacang hijau (mudga) adalah sesuai; dan beras śāli yang telah lama (beras tua) juga wajar dimakan. Demikian juga, masakan sayur dengan neem dan parpaṭaka disarankan, serta air daging/kuah daripada haiwan jenis jāṅgala dari tanah kering dan lapang.
