परिमेगामनेनेति वशीकरणमुत्तमं हन्तुमभ्यागतस्तत्र वशीभवति मानवः

parimegāmaneneti vaśīkaraṇamuttamaṃ hantumabhyāgatastatra vaśībhavati mānavaḥ

Dengan mantra yang bermula “parimegāmanena iti” diajarkan upacara vasīkaraṇa yang tertinggi (penundukan/penguasaan): bahkan seorang manusia yang datang dengan niat membunuh pun di sana menjadi tunduk dan terkawal.
