Pratiṣṭhā-sāmagrī-vidhāna — Prescription of Materials and Conditions for Consecration

वल्मीकाद्धस्तिदन्ताग्रात्तयेति छ तीर्थतोयसुगन्धीनि इति ङ वर्गे गोशृङ्गवारि चेति छ स्नानायोपहरेदिति ख , छ , घ च पिष्टनिर्मितरुद्रादिद्रव्यं निर्मञ्जनायेति ग पिष्टनिर्मितवज्रादिकं निर्मथनायेति ज सहस्रशुषिरं कुम्भं मण्डलाय च रोचना शतमोषधिमूलानां विजया लक्ष्मणा बला

valmīkāddhastidantāgrāttayeti cha tīrthatoyasugandhīni iti ṅa varge gośṛṅgavāri ceti cha snānāyopaharediti kha , cha , gha ca piṣṭanirmitarudrādidravyaṃ nirmañjanāyeti ga piṣṭanirmitavajrādikaṃ nirmathanāyeti ja sahasraśuṣiraṃ kumbhaṃ maṇḍalāya ca rocanā śatamoṣadhimūlānāṃ vijayā lakṣmaṇā balā

Hendaklah disediakan keperluan ritual seperti: tanah dari busut anai-anai (valmīka) dan hujung gading gajah; air harum dari tempat mandi suci (tīrtha); serta air yang diambil dengan tanduk lembu—semuanya dibawa untuk mandi. Arca Rudra dan bahan suci seumpamanya yang dibuat daripada pes (piṣṭa-nirmita) ditetapkan untuk penyucian gosokan (nirmañjana), manakala vajra (petir) yang dibuat daripada pes dan seumpamanya untuk kerja mengacau/menghasilkan (nirmathana). Untuk melukis maṇḍala, gunakan sebuah kumbha (tempayan) berlubang seribu, bersama pigmen kuning rocanā; dan sediakan akar seratus herba ubatan seperti vijayā, lakṣmaṇā, dan balā.
