पवित्रारोहणविधिः

The Rite of Raising/Placing the Pavitra

ईश्वरान्तं समुच्चार्य पवित्रमधिरोपयेत् शिवान्ते शिवतत्त्वे च रुद्रकारणपालिते

īśvarāntaṃ samuccārya pavitramadhiropayet śivānte śivatattve ca rudrakāraṇapālite

Setelah melafazkan mantra yang berakhir dengan “Īśvara”, hendaklah dipasang benang penyuci (pavitra). Pada penutupnya dengan “Śiva”, di dalam Śiva-tattva, yang dipelihara oleh prinsip Rudra sebagai sebab-asasnya.
