Kapilādipūjāvidhāna — Procedure for Worship Beginning with Kapilā
उदानाय च व्यानाय भुक्त्वा चुल्लकमाचरेत् जलाशये इति ङ, चिह्नितपुस्तकपाठः ॐ रौद्रकोटिगिरिके इति ख, ग, घ, ङ, चिह्नितपुस्तकचतुष्टयपाठः अमृतापिश्चानमसीति शरीरे ऽन्नादिवायवः

Selepas makan, hendaklah dilakukan cullaka (ācamana kecil), dengan mempersembahkannya kepada Udāna dan Vyāna (nafas-nafas hayat). Dalam satu bacaan manuskrip bertanda disebut “jalāśaye”; dalam empat manuskrip bertanda, bacaan diberikan sebagai “oṃ raudrakoṭigirike”. Dengan amalan ini, makanan dan unsur-unsur lain dalam tubuh dianggap berhubung dengan prāṇa, lalu disucikan dengan formula: “Engkau ialah amṛta; engkau ialah Anamasi.”

Sandhi Resolution Notes: चुल्लकमाचरेत् → चुल्लकम् + आचरेत्; शरीरे ऽन्नादिवायवः → शरीरे + अन्नादिवायवः (ऽ = अ). पाठभेद-सूचक पदानि (ङ/ख/ग/घ) अव्ययवत् ग्रह्यन्ते।
