मीनादीनान्तु पञ्चानां काम्याथो वोभयात्मिका मध्यचक्राधः सूक्ष्मविन्दुक इति ङ, चिह्नितपुस्तकपाठः काम्यार्थेवोभयात्मकेति घ, चिह्नितपुस्तकपाठः वराहस्य नृसिंहस्य वामनस्य च मुक्तये
mīnādīnāntu pañcānāṃ kāmyātho vobhayātmikā madhyacakrādhaḥ sūkṣmavinduka iti ṅa, cihnitapustakapāṭhaḥ kāmyārthevobhayātmaketi gha, cihnitapustakapāṭhaḥ varāhasya nṛsiṃhasya vāmanasya ca muktaye
Bagi lima (bentuk/mantra) yang bermula dengan Mīna, hasil yang dituju ialah kāmya (memenuhi hajat) dan juga bersifat “dua tujuan” (ubhayātmikā). Di bawah cakra tengah terdapat bindu yang halus (titik/benih-tanda)—demikian bacaan dalam satu tradisi manuskrip bertanda; satu bacaan bertanda yang lain menyebut: “bagi tujuan kāmya, (ia) bersifat dua tujuan.” (Ketetapan ini) untuk mukti (pembebasan) yang berkaitan dengan Varāha, Narasiṃha dan Vāmana.
