rajasvalā tu nāśnīyāt saṃspṛṣṭā hīnavarṇayā yāvanna śuddhimāpnoti śuddhasnānena śuddhyati
Seorang wanita yang sedang haid tidak sepatutnya makan dalam keadaan itu. Jika dia disentuh oleh wanita daripada varṇa yang lebih rendah, hendaklah dia berpantang hingga memperoleh kesucian; dia disucikan melalui mandi penyucian yang sempurna.
