Ayurvedic prayoga: preparation and intake method (lehya/lickable electuary) of specific herbs for vāta–pitta pacification and an anthelmintic dose of viḍaṅga powder taken with honey to destroy krimi.
It preserves practical Ayurveda—materia medica (nimba, vāsā, triphalā, viḍaṅga) and administration (kṣaudra-sahita lehya)—showing the Agni Purana’s scope beyond theology into applied medical knowledge.
By promoting bodily purification and doṣa-balance through dhārmic, plant-based remedies, the verse supports sāttvika health as an aid to disciplined living and the capacity to perform duties, study, and worship without impediment.
