यावत्स्वमूर्तिर्भगवांस्तावदेव जगत् त्विदम् । कूटस्थे तल्लयं याति विकृतिस्थे विवर्द्धते ॥ ९.३६ ॥

yāvatsvamūrtir bhagavāṃs tāvad eva jagat tv idam | kūṭasthe tal-layaṃ yāti vikṛti-sthe vivarddhate || 9.36 ||

जोपर्यंत भगवान् आपल्या स्वमूर्तीत स्थित आहेत, तोपर्यंत हे जगत् आहे. कूटस्थ (अपरिवर्तनीय) तत्त्व असता ते लयाकडे जाते; आणि विकृती (परिवर्तन) तत्त्व असता ते वाढते.
