Philosophical Teaching: {"has_teaching":true,"teaching_type":"embodied sādhanā","core_concept":"True worship integrates mantra (speech/mind) with bodily surrender; reverence is enacted, not only spoken.","practical_application":"After japa, pause and perform full praṇāma; let the posture seal the intention and reduce self-importance before proceeding to offerings."}

It records the embodied component of ritual performance, showing that mantra-recitation is paired with prescribed bodily acts in Purāṇic ritual protocols.
No geographic location is identified; ‘avanī’ refers generically to the ground/earth.
It conveys ritual humility and reverence through prescribed posture rather than a general social ethic.
