Agastya
Tirtha: Dharma-Hari
Type: kshetra
Scene: Sage Agastya narrates to an audience, describing how Hari accepted the name ‘Dharma-Hari’; a luminous Vishnu form appears as if sanctioned by the words ‘evam astu’, with the name inscribed or symbolically shown.
The text elevates smaraṇa (remembrance) of the Lord as a direct purifier and liberator, especially in a tīrtha-context.
Ayodhyā, through the emergence and glorification of the local form/name “Dharma-Hari.”
Smaraṇa—devotional remembrance of Dharma-Hari—is presented as efficacious in itself.
