ईश्वर उवाच । पूर्वमेवाहमेवासं स्पर्शलिंगस्वरूपवान् । न च मां तत्त्वतो वेद जनः कश्चिदिहेश्वरि
īśvara uvāca | pūrvamevāhamevāsaṃ sparśaliṃgasvarūpavān | na ca māṃ tattvato veda janaḥ kaścidiheśvari
ईश्वर म्हणाले—हे ईश्वरी, पूर्वी मीच येथे स्पर्शलिंगस्वरूपाने विद्यमान होतो. पण इथे कोणताही जन मला तत्त्वतः, माझ्या खऱ्या स्वरूपाने, ओळखत नव्हता.
