महानवम्यां यस्तत्र नारी वाथ नरोपि वा । नानापूजोपचारैश्च पूजयेद्विधिवच्छुभाम्
mahānavamyāṃ yastatra nārī vātha naropi vā | nānāpūjopacāraiśca pūjayedvidhivacchubhām
महानवमीच्या दिवशी तेथे जो कोणी—स्त्री असो वा पुरुष—विधिपूर्वक नानाविध पूजोपचारांनी त्या शुभा देवीची पूजा करावी.
