गुहेन स्थापितः पूर्वं यत्र देवो महेश्वरः । गुहेश्वरान्नातिदूरे वटेश्वरमिति स्मृतम्
guhena sthāpitaḥ pūrvaṃ yatra devo maheśvaraḥ | guheśvarānnātidūre vaṭeśvaramiti smṛtam
जिथे पूर्वी गुहाने देव महेश्वराची स्थापना केली, तेच गुहेश्वर. गुहेश्वरापासून फार दूर नाही ‘वटेश्वर’ असे स्मरणीय स्थान आहे.
