एवंविधं समालोक्य सा देवी ब्रह्मणः सुता । सरस्वती जलनिधिमुवाचेदं शुचिस्मिता
evaṃvidhaṃ samālokya sā devī brahmaṇaḥ sutā | sarasvatī jalanidhimuvācedaṃ śucismitā
असा रूप पाहून ब्रह्माची कन्या देवी सरस्वती पवित्र हास्याने स्मित करून जलनिधी (समुद्र) यास हे वचन बोलली.
