पूर्वे तु शांकरी चाऽर्या पश्चिमे न्यंकुमत्यपि । उत्तरे कनकनंदा दक्षिणे सागरावधिः । एतदंतरमासाद्य देशो नग्नहरः स्मृतः
pūrve tu śāṃkarī cā'ryā paścime nyaṃkumatyapi | uttare kanakanaṃdā dakṣiṇe sāgarāvadhiḥ | etadaṃtaramāsādya deśo nagnaharaḥ smṛtaḥ
पूर्वेस शांकरी व आर्या, पश्चिमेस न्यंकुमती, उत्तरेस कनकनंदा आणि दक्षिणेस सागरसीमा आहे। या मर्यादांतील प्रदेश “नग्नहर” म्हणून स्मरणात आहे।
