ईश्वर उवाच । एवं स्नात्वा विधानेन दत्त्वार्घ्यं च महोदधौ । संपूज्य गंधपुष्पैश्च वस्त्रैः पुष्पावलेपनैः

Transliteration

īśvara uvāca | evaṃ snātvā vidhānena dattvārghyaṃ ca mahodadhau | saṃpūjya gaṃdhapuṣpaiśca vastraiḥ puṣpāvalepanaiḥ

Translation

ईश्वर म्हणाले—अशा रीतीने विधिपूर्वक स्नान करून आणि महोदधीत अर्घ्य अर्पून, सुगंध, पुष्प, वस्त्रे व पुष्पलेपन यांनी भक्तिभावाने सम्यक् पूजन करावे।
