।देव्युवाच । भगवन्प्राणिनः सर्वे सर्वोपद्रवसंकुलाः । अल्पायुषः सदा बद्धा व्यामोहैर्मंदिरोद्भवैः
|devyuvāca | bhagavanprāṇinaḥ sarve sarvopadravasaṃkulāḥ | alpāyuṣaḥ sadā baddhā vyāmohairmaṃdirodbhavaiḥ
देवी म्हणाली—हे भगवन्, सर्व प्राणी सर्व प्रकारच्या उपद्रवांनी व्याकुळ आहेत; अल्पायुषी असून सदा बंधनात राहतात आणि गृहजीवनातून उत्पन्न होणाऱ्या मोहभ्रमांनी भ्रमित होतात।
