इति श्रीस्कांदे महापुराण एकाशीतिसाहस्र्यां संहितायां सप्तमे प्रभासखण्डे प्रथमे प्रभासक्षेत्रमाहात्म्ये शंकरादित्यमाहात्म्यवर्णनंनामैकपञ्चाशदुत्तरद्विशततमोऽध्यायः
iti śrīskāṃde mahāpurāṇa ekāśītisāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ saptame prabhāsakhaṇḍe prathame prabhāsakṣetramāhātmye śaṃkarādityamāhātmyavarṇanaṃnāmaikapañcāśaduttaradviśatatamo'dhyāyaḥ
अशा प्रकारे श्रीस्कंदमहापुराणातील एकाशीतिसाहस्री संहितेच्या सप्तम प्रभासखण्डातील प्रथम प्रभासक्षेत्रमाहात्म्यात ‘शंकरादित्य-माहात्म्यवर्णन’ नामक दोनशे एक्कावन्नावा अध्याय समाप्त झाला।
