ईश्वर उवाच । त्रेतायुगे च दशमे मनोर्वैवस्वतस्य हि । संजातो रोहिणीनाथो युक्तो दुर्वाससा प्रिये

īśvara uvāca | tretāyuge ca daśame manorvaivasvatasya hi | saṃjāto rohiṇīnātho yukto durvāsasā priye

ईश्वर म्हणाले— हे प्रिये! त्रेतायुगात वैवस्वत मनूच्या दहाव्या (कालखंडात) रोहिणीनाथ (चंद्र) जन्मला, आणि तो दुर्वासांसह संयुक्त होता।
