सायाह्नस्त्रिमुहूर्तः स्याच्छ्राद्धं तत्र न कारयेत् । राक्षसीनाम सा वेला गर्हिता सर्वकर्मसु
sāyāhnastrimuhūrtaḥ syācchrāddhaṃ tatra na kārayet | rākṣasīnāma sā velā garhitā sarvakarmasu
सायाह्न तीन मुहूर्तांचा असतो; त्या वेळी श्राद्ध करू नये. ती वेळ राक्षसींची मानली जाते, म्हणून सर्व कर्मांत निंद्य आहे.
