एवं ते निश्चयं कृत्वा परस्मिंस्तपसि स्थिताः । वर्षास्वाकाशगा भूत्वा हेमंते सलिलाश्रयाः
evaṃ te niścayaṃ kṛtvā parasmiṃstapasi sthitāḥ | varṣāsvākāśagā bhūtvā hemaṃte salilāśrayāḥ
असा निश्चय करून ते घोर तपश्चर्येत स्थित झाले; वर्षाकाळी उघड्या आकाशाखाली राहिले आणि हेमंतात पाण्यात आश्रय घेतला।
