स्वर्गे वै यानि तीर्थानि तथैव च रसातले । तपःसामर्थ्ययोगेन ब्रह्मणाऽकर्षितानि च । अतस्तस्यैव नाम्ना तु ब्रह्मकुण्डं तु गीयते
svarge vai yāni tīrthāni tathaiva ca rasātale | tapaḥsāmarthyayogena brahmaṇā'karṣitāni ca | atastasyaiva nāmnā tu brahmakuṇḍaṃ tu gīyate
स्वर्गातील आणि रसातळातील जे तीर्थ आहेत, ती ब्रह्मदेवांनी तपस्येच्या सामर्थ्याने येथे ओढून आणली; म्हणून हे त्यांच्या नावाने ‘ब्रह्मकुंड’ म्हणून प्रसिद्ध आहे।
