daṇḍaḥ pretapateḥ śaktirdevasenāpatestathā | anyeṣāṃ ca surāṇāṃ ca astrāṇyuktāni yāni vai

प्रेतपती (यम) याचा दंड, देवसेनापती (कार्त्तिकेय) याची शक्ती, तसेच इतर देवतांची जी जी अस्त्रे सांगितली आहेत—ती सर्व त्यानेच घडविली.
