saṃyatāḥ kāmanāsaktā rājyakāmārthasādhakāḥ | padmāste sādhakāḥ khyātā bhikṣācaryāratāḥ sadā

Translation

जे संयमी असूनही कामनासक्त राहतात, राज्याची इच्छा व लौकिक अर्थसिद्धी साधतात—ते ‘पद्म’ साधक म्हणून प्रसिद्ध; ते सदैव भिक्षावृत्तीच्या आचारात रत असतात.
