ये ब्राह्मणाः सोऽहमसंशयं प्रिये तेष्वर्चितेष्वर्चितोऽहं भवेयम् । तेष्वेव तुष्टेष्वहमेव तुष्टो वैरं च तैर्यस्य ममापि वैरम्
ye brāhmaṇāḥ so'hamasaṃśayaṃ priye teṣvarciteṣvarcito'haṃ bhaveyam | teṣveva tuṣṭeṣvahameva tuṣṭo vairaṃ ca tairyasya mamāpi vairam
हे प्रिये! ते ब्राह्मण म्हणजे निःसंशय मीच आहे. त्यांचा सत्कार झाला की माझाच सत्कार होतो; ते संतुष्ट झाले की मीही संतुष्ट होतो. आणि जो त्यांच्याशी वैर धरतो, तो माझ्याशीही वैर धरतो।
