यस्तु पूजयते भक्त्या दक्षिणां दिशमास्थितः । पुष्पैः पत्रैः फलैश्चैव सोऽश्वमेधफलं लभेत्
yastu pūjayate bhaktyā dakṣiṇāṃ diśamāsthitaḥ | puṣpaiḥ patraiḥ phalaiścaiva so'śvamedhaphalaṃ labhet
आणि जो भक्तिभावाने दक्षिण दिशेकडे मुख करून पुष्प, पत्र व फळांनी पूजन करतो, तो अश्वमेध यज्ञाचे फळ प्राप्त करतो.
