नमः स्थूलाय सूक्ष्माय व्यापकाय महात्मने । निषंगिणे नमस्तुभ्यं त्रिनेत्राय नमोनमः
namaḥ sthūlāya sūkṣmāya vyāpakāya mahātmane | niṣaṃgiṇe namastubhyaṃ trinetrāya namonamaḥ
