शेष उवाच । प्रसादिता मया माता शापमुक्तिकृते पुरा । तयोक्तं ये तपोयुक्ता धर्मात्मानः सुसंयताः

Transliteration

śeṣa uvāca | prasāditā mayā mātā śāpamuktikṛte purā | tayoktaṃ ye tapoyuktā dharmātmānaḥ susaṃyatāḥ

Translation

शेष म्हणाले—शापमुक्तीसाठी मी पूर्वी मातेला प्रसन्न केले. तेव्हा तिने सांगितले—जे तपोयुक्त, धर्मात्मा व संयमी असतील, त्यांना (इष्ट) मुक्ती मिळेल.
