nādyāpi sa tṛṇā nyatti tenāhaṃ śokaviklavā | rodmi vyāghra sutasnehātsatyenātmānamālabhe
Kapilā (the cow)
Tirtha: Arbuda (contextual)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Kapilā, still grieving, declares a solemn truth-pledge to the tiger; her eyes are tearful yet unwavering, as if invoking an unseen moral force in the forest.
Satya (truthfulness) is presented as a binding spiritual power; a vow made in truth must be honored even at personal cost.
The Arbuda sacred landscape remains the narrative container; the verse highlights satya-dharma rather than a named tīrtha.
A satya-pratijñā (truthful vow/pledge) is explicitly expressed.
