तस्य यत्नपरस्यापि रक्षमाणस्य भूपतेः । अजास्ता व्याघ्ररूपेण शंकरेण प्रभक्षिताः
tasya yatnaparasyāpi rakṣamāṇasya bhūpateḥ | ajāstā vyāghrarūpeṇa śaṃkareṇa prabhakṣitāḥ
राजा त्यांचे रक्षण करण्यासाठी फार प्रयत्न करीत असतानाही, व्याघ्ररूप धारण केलेल्या शंकराने त्या शेळ्या भक्षण केल्या।
