ततोऽस्य प्रददौ काले व्रतं विप्रजनोचितम् । समभ्येत्य स्वयं शुक्रो दानवस्यापि संद्विजः
tato'sya pradadau kāle vrataṃ viprajanocitam | samabhyetya svayaṃ śukro dānavasyāpi saṃdvijaḥ
मग योग्य काळी त्यास विप्रकुलोत्पन्न विद्यार्थ्यांस योग्य असे व्रत (ब्रह्मचर्यदीक्षा) देण्यात आले; दानवांचे गुरु, पूज्य द्विज शुक्राचार्य स्वतः येऊन उपस्थित झाले।
