ततः कालेन महता वल्मीकः समपद्यत । तस्मिन्क्षेत्रे स पाताले संप्रयातः शनैःशनैः
tataḥ kālena mahatā valmīkaḥ samapadyata | tasminkṣetre sa pātāle saṃprayātaḥ śanaiḥśanaiḥ
नंतर बराच काळ गेल्यावर तेथे वल्मीक (मुंग्यांचा वारूळ) निर्माण झाला; आणि त्या पवित्र क्षेत्रात तो हळूहळू पाताळात उतरू लागला।
