यंयं काममभिध्यायञ्छुक्लाष्टम्यां नरः शुचिः । तां पूजयति सद्भक्त्या स तमाप्नोत्यसंशयम्
yaṃyaṃ kāmamabhidhyāyañchuklāṣṭamyāṃ naraḥ śuciḥ | tāṃ pūjayati sadbhaktyā sa tamāpnotyasaṃśayam
शुद्ध मनुष्य शुक्ल पक्षातील अष्टमीला ज्या-ज्या इच्छेचे चिंतन करून त्या देवीची सद्भक्तीने पूजा करतो, तो निःसंशय ती प्राप्त करतो।
