दक्ष उवाच । मया धर्म्यमपि प्रोक्तो वाक्यमेष कुबुद्धिमान् । नाकरोन्मे पुरः प्रोच्य करिष्यामीत्य सत्यवाक्
dakṣa uvāca | mayā dharmyamapi prokto vākyameṣa kubuddhimān | nākaronme puraḥ procya kariṣyāmītya satyavāk
दक्ष म्हणाला—मी त्याला धर्म्य वचनही सांगितले; पण तो कुबुद्धिमान ते पाळला नाही. माझ्यासमोर ‘मी करीन’ असे बोलूनही तो आपल्या वचनाला खोटा ठरला।
