Transliteration

kalmāṣapāda ityuktastataḥprabhṛti sa kṣitau | bhūpālo dvijaśārdūlā nā्mnā tena viśeṣataḥ

Translation

त्या वेळेपासून पृथ्वीवर तो राजा ‘कल्माषपाद’ म्हणून ओळखला जाऊ लागला, हे द्विजशार्दूलांनो! त्या नावानेच तो विशेष प्रसिद्ध झाला.
