दंडस्तत्राभवद्वास्तौ गृहरोधोऽक्षदेवने । एको दोषाकरश्चंद्रः प्रियदोषाश्च कौशिकाः
daṃḍastatrābhavadvāstau gṛharodho'kṣadevane | eko doṣākaraścaṃdraḥ priyadoṣāśca kauśikāḥ
तेथे ‘दोष’ फक्त नावापुरते होते—घरात दंड हा केवळ वस्तू; ‘गृहरोध’ फक्त जुगाराच्या खेळात; रात्रि करणारा फक्त चंद्र; आणि घुबडं रात्रिप्रिय।
