यत्पापं भ्रूणहत्यायां मृष्टमांसाशिनां च यत् । तन्मे स्याद्यदि नो हन्मि सर्पं दृष्टिवशं गतम्

yatpāpaṃ bhrūṇahatyāyāṃ mṛṣṭamāṃsāśināṃ ca yat | tanme syādyadi no hanmi sarpaṃ dṛṣṭivaśaṃ gatam

भ्रूणहत्येचे जे पाप आणि निषिद्ध/अशुद्ध मांस भक्षण करणाऱ्यांचे जे पाप—दृष्टीच्या वशात आलेल्या सर्पाचा मी वध केला नाही तर ते पाप माझ्यावर येवो.
