bhagavañchrotumicchāmi pramāṇaṃ yugasaṃbhavam | māhātmyaṃ ca svarūpaṃ ca yathāvadvaktumarhasi

भगवन्! युगाची उत्पत्ती व त्याचे प्रमाण (माप) मला ऐकायचे आहे; त्याचे माहात्म्य व स्वरूपही—आपण कृपा करून यथावत सांगावे।
