वृत्रोऽयं दारुणो युद्धे बलद्वयसमन्वितः । चत्वारश्चाग्रतो वेदाः पृष्ठतः सशरं धनुः
vṛtro'yaṃ dāruṇo yuddhe baladvayasamanvitaḥ | catvāraścāgrato vedāḥ pṛṣṭhataḥ saśaraṃ dhanuḥ
“हा वृत्र युद्धात अत्यंत दारुण आहे, द्विविध बलाने युक्त आहे; त्याच्या पुढे चार वेद आहेत आणि मागे बाणांसह धनुष्य आहे.”
