एष त्रयोदशोनाम सुविख्यातो नियंत्रकः । समंतात्कृमिभिर्व्याप्तस्तथा च दृढबन्धनैः
eṣa trayodaśonāma suvikhyāto niyaṃtrakaḥ | samaṃtātkṛmibhirvyāptastathā ca dṛḍhabandhanaiḥ
हा तेरावा नरक ‘नियंत्रक’ म्हणून सुप्रसिद्ध आहे. तो सर्व बाजूंनी कृमींनी व्यापलेला असून कठोर, न ढळणाऱ्या बंधनांनी वेढलेला आहे.
