श्रीमहादेव उवाच । द्विजातीनां सहोंकारसहितो द्वादशाक्षरः । स्त्रीशूद्राणां नमस्कारपूर्वकः समुदाहृतः

श्रीमहादेव म्हणाले—द्विजांसाठी ओंकारसहित द्वादशाक्षरी मंत्र सांगितला आहे; स्त्री व शूद्रांसाठी तो ‘नमः’ नमस्कारपूर्वक उच्चारावा असे म्हटले आहे।
