citrakṛttiparīdhānaṃ kaupīnakuṇḍaladvayam | ghaṃṭāyugmaṃ triśūlaṃ ca sūtraṃ caryāsvarūpakam

विविध चर्मवस्त्र परिधान करावे, कौपीन व दोन्ही कानांत कुंडले धारण करावीत; दोन घंटा व त्रिशूल धारण करावा—हेच चर्येचे बाह्य स्वरूप व आचरणसूत्र आहे.
