जंबूद्वीपस्य संज्ञेयं फलेन च विजायते । मन्त्रेणानेन विप्रेंद्र श्रद्धाधर्मसुसंयतैः
jaṃbūdvīpasya saṃjñeyaṃ phalena ca vijāyate | mantreṇānena vipreṃdra śraddhādharmasusaṃyataiḥ
जांभूळफळामुळेच ‘जंबूद्वीप’ ही संज्ञा समजावी; जणू त्या फळापासूनच ती उत्पन्न झाली आहे। हे विप्रश्रेष्ठा, श्रद्धा व धर्मात संयमी जनांनी हा विधी या मंत्राने करावा।
