संप्राप्य मानुषं जन्म चातुर्मास्यपराङ्मुखः । तस्य पापशतान्याहुर्देहस्थानि न संशयः
saṃprāpya mānuṣaṃ janma cāturmāsyaparāṅmukhaḥ | tasya pāpaśatānyāhurdehasthāni na saṃśayaḥ
मानवी जन्म मिळून जो चातुर्मास्य-व्रतापासून पराङ्मुख होतो, त्याच्या देहात शेकडो पापे वास करतात—यात संशय नाही।
