ब्रह्मोवाच । मम भक्तिपरो नित्यं वृकोऽयं दैत्यसत्तमः । पौत्रस्त्वं दयितो नित्यं तेन त्वां प्रार्थयाम्यहम्
brahmovāca | mama bhaktiparo nityaṃ vṛko'yaṃ daityasattamaḥ | pautrastvaṃ dayito nityaṃ tena tvāṃ prārthayāmyaham
ब्रह्मदेव म्हणाले—हा वृक दैत्यांमध्ये श्रेष्ठ असून सदैव माझा भक्त आहे. आणि तू माझा पौत्र, मला नेहमी प्रिय आहेस; म्हणून मी तुला विनवितो।
